Selling Property


Thank you for your interest in listing your cemetery property for sale.

As a Licensed Cemetery Broker by the State of California, Board of Consumer Affairs, We list all cemetery property for sale, to include burial grave plots, mausoleum crypts, cremation niches and lawn crypts, similiar to the way a real estate broker lists residential or commercial property for sale.

To list your cemetery property for sale, I request a copy of the original deed/ownership certificate or a copy of the original agreement for the property so that I can make an appraisal.

I will then send to (you) a written proposal stating the dollar amount (you) the seller will receive for your burial plot upon a sale. (In some instances, the proposal will also include an offer for purchasing the cemetery property for sale outright from the seller.) All cemetery transfer fees and commissions are paid by the purchaser. If the proposal is accepted, a Special Power of Attorney (which has beeen approved by the cemetery) and a Listing Agreement will be sent in a proposal package along with other special documents as the situation may require.
